That description should include, at a minimum: a description of the issue, why it is important in health care management, and how it can impact your work as a health care manager.This first part of your term paper assignment is a description of the issue in health care finance and how it applies to your work in health care management – essentially a problem statement. In a minimum of 2-3 pages, double-spaced pages (excluding titles, illustrations, and references) and a maximum of three pages. Describe the issue (and it must be a finance issue), why it is a concern to you as a manager (citing relevant facts with references), and how addressing it can improve your effectiveness as a health care manager.
