Deliverables/ work products to be created, and how they connect to competencies selected in section III: You will need to submit documentation of two (2) work products that you produced for the practicum site’s use and benefit. You will also need to connect these work products to the 5 competencies you have selected in section III. Examples of suitable work products include: Project plans, grant proposals, training manuals, lesson plans, surveys, memos, videos, podcasts, presentations, spreadsheets, websites, photos (with accompanying explanatory text), health education materials, social media materials, and others. If you or your preceptor have questions about what would count as an appropriate work product, consult the MPH Practicum Coordinator. This should be on a separate paper . After considering the provided definition of health equity and information within the video, please work to answer the following: What are the health inequities present within the community (i.e., county or state level) associated with the project? How does the proposed project relate to the following health equity-related topics? The social determinants of health, as discussed in section five (i.e., item d) Health disparities, as discussed in section five (i.e., item f) Past injustices related to the social construct of race please provide references Please describe what you (i.e., the student) expect to gain (e.g., academic training, acquisition of specific skill-sets, professional growth, etc.) upon completion of this 10-week practicum experience.
