Deliverables/ work products to be created, and how they connect to competencies selected in section III: You will need to submit documentation of two (2) work products that you produced for the practicum site’s use and benefit. You will also need to connect these work products to the 5 competencies you have selected in section III. Examples of suitable work products include: Project plans, grant proposals, training manuals, lesson plans, surveys, memos, videos, podcasts, presentations, spreadsheets, websites, photos (with accompanying explanatory text), health education materials, social media materials, and others. If you or your preceptor have questions about what would count as an appropriate work product, consult the MPH Practicum Coordinator. This should be on a separate paper .
