Social development, social cognition and peer relationships contain many powerful topics, theories, and concepts about how and why infants, children, and adolescents act they way they do when in the presence of others. Thus, there is SO much interesting to think about and discuss in this social aspect of infant and child psychology…I have provided a ton of readings and videos, for folks to do deeper dives into the areas they find most interesting. So, as part of the idea of metacognition concepts, students will get free rein in this discussion board assignment. For this DB, I want folks to have fun while being able to talk about things they found most interesting.
