Students will write an essay answering Josh Kopel’s famous question– “The hospitality industry is filled with unspoken rules and traditions about how things should be done – how would you like to see the industry change to create a better future for all of us?” This report must be at least 1500 words in length, and must contain 8 scholarly references (references from questionably reputable websites or Wikipedia are not acceptable.)
