Address the impact of the policy or regulation you selected on system implementation. Address the impact of the policy or regulation you selected on clinical care, patient/provider interactions, and workflow. Highlight organizational policies and procedures that are/will be in place at your healthcare organization to address the policy or regulation you selected. Be specific. The fact sheet is a brief overview of the topic. Use bullet list, short summaries of information. Infographics, charts, etc. to relay the information on one page. A fact sheet is a short, typed or hand-written document (in your case 1 – 2 pages) that contains the most relevant information about a particular subject in the least amount of space. The goal is to provide facts and key points about a topic in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand way. You should also include a title page and references for your fact sheet. Please note that references should be included as part of the fact sheet as well as in-text citations. This means you need an area on the fact sheet for the references. I suggest you google Fact Sheets and look at some of the images for examples. This is a fact sheet and should be developed with some creativity. This is not a paper.
