2. Create two flowcharts: 
   • Flowchart 1 – Academic Outcome/ Purpose:
     • Identify the academic program or initiative that you have chosen.
     • Design a flowchart that outlines the major steps and processes required to implement this program successfully at your school.
     • Include key stakeholders, resources, timelines, and any other relevant information in your flowchart.
   • Flowchart 2 – Non-Academic Outcome:
     • Select a non-academic program or initiative at your school.
     • Design a flowchart that illustrates the steps and processes involved in implementing this initiative effectively.
     • Consider factors such as student attendance, student behavior, crisis management, etc. in your flowchart.
