Problems noted at the school include: Low staff morale and high attrition rate of teachers Frequent complaints from parents about curriculum, instruction, and low test scores in reading Sexual harassment complaints against female teachers by male teachers Lack of financial accountability and control Create a 90-Day Entry Plan (bulleted format) outlining what you would do during the first 90 days on the job should you be selected.  Remember to include research-based sources to justify your list of activities that address each of the four issues included in this prompt, and covering human resource planning, communication, achievement issues, legal concerns, staff morale, budget processes, and other factors deemed important.  The plan should be in bullet form with citations and you should have a reference page.
