Select a Health Policy or Initiative: 

Choose a specific health policy or initiative, either existing or hypothetical, that requires stakeholder engagement for successful development or implementation. Examples include policies addressing nurse staffing ratios, rural healthcare access, or community health programs.  Identify Stakeholders: 

List the key stakeholders involved in the policy or initiative, such as government agencies, healthcare organizations, providers, patients, community groups, or private-sector entities.  Describe each stakeholder’s role and potential contributions to the policy’s success.  Analyze Stakeholder Interests and Challenges: 

Evaluate the interests, priorities, and concerns of each stakeholder group.  Identify potential conflicts or barriers to collaboration among stakeholders.  Develop an Engagement Plan: 

Outline strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders, including methods for communication, collaboration, and consensus building.  Propose solutions for addressing potential challenges or conflicts.  Deliverable:
