MAEL208E Assessment Brief Module code MAEL208E/1/2024 Module title Leadership, Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work MQF level 7 ECTS 5 Task 1 Task type Essay Task description Course participants need to carry out a reflective critique of their most dominant psychotraps or rigid scripts, and also indicate the strategies they can use to set them free from their vicious circles which will lead them to avoid stress.  In this project, the student will be expected to utilize the material provided over the course of this module to construct a meaningful critique of their most dominant mental traps. The participant can use any difficulty past or present in a work or student context to complete the piece of work. This should include looking at the 4 main sensations and the main attempts at solution described in the material supplied.
