POV – Urgent Care Sophia is a 80 year old female who presented to the Urgent Care Clinic with complaints of fever, malaise and right flank pain. Dr. Zink sits with her for 32 minutes and does a low complexity of medical decision making. A urinalysis result from an outside lab, called LabWise, was viewed which revealed gross hematuria and 4+ bacteria. A urine culture revealed 100,000/ml growth of Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Sophia was given a prescription for Doxycycline and instructed to follow-up with her personal physician in 3 days. Final Assessment: Urinary tract infection with MRSA _________________________________ IMPORTANT: Remember, if there are not enough codes to fill the boxes insert a zero (0) into the empty box(es). _________________________________ Diagnosis Code(s): CPT Codes:
