- Purpose of the Assignment This assignment is designed to help you work as junior HR consultants on a real HR management problem in a real organization. You will: • engage with HR professionals, • collect original data, • apply HR theories to real situations, • design feasible, evidence-based HR solutions. This assignment cannot be completed successfully using AI tools alone. Real-world engagement and evidence are mandatory.
