The purpose of system implementation includes making the new system available to well-trained users and positioning ongoing support and maintenance of the system.
System deployment includes the processes to plan and manage the transition of a new or evolved system into an operational system. It also includes the transition of support responsibilities for maintenance and support by an IT organization.
Part 1 In Part 1 of this assignment, document system testing and quality assurance considerations for your case study. Address the following:
Create and discuss a generic test plan that describes the testing for your system. Evaluate and create a generic post-implementation evaluation form. The form should consist of questions that you could use to evaluate any information system. The form should evaluate the training received and any problems associated with the program. Part 2
Create a Gantt chart for deploying the system using Visio, Excel, TeamGantt, or another tool of your choice. Consider the following:
Create a structured Gantt chart composed of milestones and split milestones into atomic tasks. Evaluate and set start and end dates for each task. Evaluate and set task dependencies. Evaluate and allocate task resource name (who will complete the task). Insert a screenshot of your Gantt chart into your Word document from Part 1. MS Word document format
Your Unit MS Word document should follow APA guidelines and consist of at least 4 pages.
