Purpose: To synthesize course content into a realistic and culturally sensitive funeral planning experience.

Instructions:
As a funeral director, you are serving a family with multiple religious or cultural needs – a Catholic widow and a Jewish husband. Your task is to create a short service plan that honors both traditions respectfully. Must be a minimum of 5 pages in length.  Resources should be cited.  

Your plan should include:

·        Summary of the family’s background and expectations

·        A list or brief outline of how the service will be conducted

·        Accommodations for each tradition

·        Any anticipated challenges and how you would address them

·        Legal considerations of final disposition

·        An explanation of how you would guide the family professionally
