Assessment Task:
As an AI Strategy consultant, you are tasked to choose one organisation from the following: Shopify, The Trade Desk, ASOS, Temu and critically evaluate its strategic options considering the external and internal environmental factors. In this task, you are required to address the following:
Provide an overview of your chosen organisation: identify its missions and vision statements and critically evaluate how its mission and vision statements influence its current strategy. Conduct an external (e.g., macro and industry environmental analysis) and internal environmental analysis (e.g., organisational culture, resources, capabilities, and structure) using relevant models. Considering the findings derived from the above two sections, critically evaluate the organisation’s strategic options and select the most appropriate one(s). Provide recommendations as to how the chosen strategic option(s) can be successfully implemented in your chosen organisation.
