The company’s CEO has realized social media’s importance and tasked the marketing department to create a social media plan. Case The marketing department at AI Corp. begins to research and develop a social media plan. They identify their target audience: businesses of various sizes and industries. The marketing team creates a content strategy focusing on thought leadership and industry insights, which they plan to promote through social media. The marketing department uses LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube as primary social media channels. They create a content calendar outlining what they will post, when, and who will be responsible for creating and publishing content.
