Brief

Construct a portfolio of 2000 words (±10%) (or equivalent) in which you will present key elements of a new venture to capture an identified business opportunity. The portfolio will comprise:

  • a business model canvas for the proposed venture supported by commentary on the elements, an overview of stakeholder management and a summary of risks and mitigation strategies;
  • a summary of legal obligations and recommendations; and
  • a reflective commentary on your learning during the development of the ideas for the new venture.

You will present the key ideas and elements of the portfolio as a business pitch (up to 15 minutes including Q&A).
