Five Stage of the Development Model:

Forming In this stage, team members are just getting to know each other. Roles are unclear, and members often behave independently. There’s usually excitement mixed with anxiety about expectations and responsibilities.

Storming Conflict and competition may arise as individuals begin to push against boundaries. This stage can be tense, with disagreements over goals, roles, and leadership, but it’s necessary for growth.

Memory: Memory affects how well we retain and apply new knowledge. Factors like repetition, association, emotional engagement, and stress levels can impact memory. Training should include reinforcement activities, summaries, and spaced repetition to support long-term retention.
