Primary Care Nursing Assignment
Social Media Video Assignment
Purpose: As a nurse practitioner in a busy primary care setting, the education provided to patients and families may be limited by time constraints. The director of your practice created a list of the common diagnoses seen in the clinic and asked you to develop a patient education module that will be posted to the “patient education resources” section of the clinic’s website and then shared on the clinic’s social media page. Social media is a powerful tool that healthcare providers can use to reach out to and engage patients and members of the community.
