As a marketing manager hired by a chosen organisation operating in the UK, you are required conduct an internal/external analysis of the company. The objective of this tasks is to perform a situational analysis to inform the company’s decision-making process by examining both external and internal factors impacting its overall success.

Provide a brief introduction to the chosen organisation, including its industry, primary products/services, and market position. Outline the purpose of the report and the chosen situational analysis model. Situational Analysis:

Choose ONE of the following situational analysis models: PESTLE analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model, OR SWOT analysis. Conduct a detailed analysis using the chosen model to identify and evaluate the key external and internal factors affecting the company. For PESTLE analysis, examine the political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental factors. For Porter’s Five Forces model, analyse the competitive forces: threat of new entrants, bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers, threat of substitute products/services, and industry rivalry. For SWOT analysis, identify the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Critical Analysis and Evaluation:

Critically analyse the findings from the situational analysis Discuss how these factors impact the company’s strategic decision-making and overall success. Use suitable academic theories and industry examples to support your analysis. Conclusion:
