Analyze the policy’s impact on population health outcomes. Discuss how the policy has affected health access, equity, and the management of emerging diseases.  Identification of Gaps: 

Identify specific gaps or shortcomings in the policy that may hinder its effectiveness. Discuss the implications of these gaps for the target population.  Evidence-Based Recommendations:
