Write a 1,250-1,500-word draft of your health care research paper. Use your logic model (attached separately, named: Logical Model) to develop the sequence for your paper. Include the following

1.       Describe the health care administration (staff shortages & high turnover) or barrier you are addressing.

2.       Discuss resources needed, including key stakeholders and the role they play in your plan.

3.       Identify the characteristics of an effective health care leader and the role they will play in your plan.

4.       Identify any external or internal regulation that must be considered to ensure compliance with any legislative, institutional, or agency policy or expectation.

5.       Describe the organizational and strategical development structures/processes that address the problem.

6.       Present strategies for communicating your proposed plan.
