Now that you have completed your final Evaluation Proposal Presentation Outline in Topic 8 of SWK-645, you will use the outline to complete a rough draft of the video presentation due in Topic 4 of this course. Digital Presentation For this assignment, you will create the rough draft of a digital presentation (7-10 slides not including the title and references slides) using the Evaluation Proposal Presentation Outline completed in SWK-645 and the key components in from final capstone paper listed below. Include speaker notes (75-100 words) below each content-related slide as if presenting in person with proper APA citations in each slide. Video Presentation Next, in a 10–12-minute video, record yourself giving your digital presentation via Zoom as if presenting to an agency or stakeholders. Include as much detail as possible in each section as if you are submitting the final assignment. You will receive feedback on the rough draft of your presentation and recording from your instructor. Use this feedback and revise the presentation and video to submit the final video presentation in Topic 4. If you selected the case analysis, include the following in your presentation: Introduction Psychosocial Assessment Treatment Plan Theories and Evidence-Based Interventions If you selected a program evaluation, include the following in your presentation: Introduction Description of Program Program Assessment Theories and Evidence-Based Intervention Next, reflect on your paper for Topic 3, and also include the following in your video presentation. Discuss how the paper is related to this capstone analysis presentation by explaining the following in detail: Explain how your analysis ethically considers cultural sensitivity, advocating for populations at all systems levels. Discuss how the needs assessment is addressing cultural sensitivity and demonstrating anti-racist and anti-oppressive social work practice at the individual, family, group, organizational, community, research, and policy levels. Discuss how you will ethically manage personal biases, power, privilege, and values in working with clients and constituencies. Explain how diversity and inclusion are being provided and if the program utilizes culturally responsive, evidence-informed interventions to achieve client and constituency goals. Looking through social justice, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive lenses, explain how social welfare policies affect the delivery of and access to social services for the population the program or service helps. Explain how the program or service relies on policies that advance human rights and social, racial, economic, and environmental justice. Explain how the program or service implement culturally responsive methods to negotiate, mediate, and advocate with and on behalf of clients and constituencies.
