For your Session 2 Milestone, complete the following sections that will be a part of your Final Project:
Create a formal project charter. Be sure to include all the elements of a project charter for your project. Create a detailed WBS section of a project management plan in Microsoft Project. You may also consider doing some keyword searches in a search engine such as “creating a WBS in Microsoft Project” or “creating milestones in Microsoft Project” and tailoring your searches to your type of organization and project. Create a detailed project resource plan for the resources needed for your project. Create a detailed project cost estimate to include all relevant costs (capital, expense, labor, etc.) for your project. You may use the templates provided or create your own. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Add a File. Then click Submit to upload your assignment by the posted due date. Review the rubric for specific grading criteria.
