Kaltura/Self-Reflection Video Details
You will create a reflective video about a patient encounter. Please follow the reflective details to provide an appropriate self-reflection.
In a 4- to 5-minute video, utilize a pediatric patient diagnosed with ADHD or conduct disorder and complete a SOAP note on the patient. Be sure to include all of the following elements in the initial psychiatric interview:
- Subjective: Identification, CC, HPI
- Objective: MSE, vitals, labs
- Assessment: Include differential diagnosis and the definitive diagnosis
- Plan: What meds, if any, and are they FDA approved
DUE:Â You must complete the journal by the end of the unit week, end of day Tuesday.Â
Follow the directions for Kaltura use. Submit the video when you are satisfied with your product, nd paste the full link in the Dropbox.
