Students will assess culture using established frameworks and evaluate its alignment with strategy and organizational design.InstructionsSelect an OrganizationChoose one of the following:· Your current or past employer· A well-known organization (e.g., Zappos, Google, Southwest Airlines, Starbucks). A realistic hypothetical organization (clearly describe its industry, size, and mission)2. Conduct a Cultural AssessmentWrite a 3-4 page paper (APA format, double-spaced) addressing the sections below.A. Organizational Overview· Organization name, industry, and size. Mission, strategy, and primary goalsB. Cultural Framework AnalysisAnalyze the organization’s culture using at least one of the following frameworks:. Schein’s Levels of Culture (artifacts, espoused values, underlying assumptions)· Competing Values Framework (CVF) (clan, adhocracy, market, hierarchy)Identify the dominant cultural characteristics and provide specific examples.C. Cultural Strengths and Challenges. Identify two cultural strengths that support organizational performance. Identify two cultural challenges or risks (e.g., resistance to change, silos, exclusion). Explain how culture influences employee behavior and decision-making
